Adding the avocado is messy business!

Olive and Flax Oil, 1 small lemon, 1 medium bunch of kale (stalks removed), Himilayan Salt and Cayenne Pepper. (Not pictured: 1 Medium Avocado.)

Last night, I watched Karen Knowler's YouTube video on how to make kale salad. So naturally, today I made it (right?)!
Actually, I happened to have some awesome kale from the Olympia farmer's market that was headed for the juicer, so I just repurposed it (grabbing some avocado and "himalayan" salt after lunch at Marlene's).
